Chris Ruud holds an executive master’s in business administration degree from Loyola University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mathematics from Pepperdine University.
An active member of the Racine community, Ruud is President of the Ruud Family Foundation, serves on the board of advisors for Forward Racine, the board of directors for Pepperdine University and the board of directors and executive committee for The Prairie School.
Ruud was the President of Ruud Lighting which later was sold to Cree where Ruud became president of the lighting division and later became the head of Global LED Adoption. Ruud is also the CEO and majority owner in DeltaHawk Engines and The Attillio Group and an active investor in several other businesses around the country.
Chris is married with three children. Jacob, Zachary and Caitlyn definitely keep him busy with their sporting and extra curricular activities. Chris and his wife Chantil own and manage a business importing and training horses out of Ocala, FL in their spare time.
Chris’ favorite hobby is racing cars. Chris is a member of the Ferrari Corse Clienti group where he travels worldwide to drive some of his cars such as the Ferrari FXXK and the 333SP.
